HELP.!!!!

jUST RECIEVED MY BANK STATEMENT AND HAVE HAD A D/D FROM ( MAPFRE FAMILIAR)  IT LOOKS LIKE A PREMIUM POLICY RECIEPT. I DIDNT ARRANGE ANY POLICIES

ANYONE ADVISE ME ON WHAT THIS COULD BE FOR BEFORE I CONTACT THE BANK . ANYONE ELSE OUT-THERE EXPERIENCED THIS SORT OF CARRY-ON.???

Mapfre are an insurance company. Was it arranged as a part of your mortgage, assuming you have recently bought your place?
