Just a warning regarding quality of service from a2z. We arranged to have internet installed while over here this week and they were very efficient at arranging an appointment and taking our money. However, they have simply not turned up nor answered numerous e-mails and telephone messages we have left for them. Are there any other options to acquire a router and internet access? Given our experience we'd like to chase a refund and look elsewhere if that is an option?

a2z arrived at 17:30 (should have been between 10:00 and 14:00) and took 15 minutes to set everything up. We were just about to go out so were lucky we didn't miss him. Guy was trying to do too many appointments in one day by the look of it so not his fault. Anyway - hopefully he is on his way to you!

We had our wifi internet installed last Tuesday and he was here within the 10:00 and 14:00 window so well happy
Reckon they are snowed under with the take-up of free internet.
Communication may not be their strong point at the moment, but 2Mbps download and over 1Mpbs upload, fantastic!
You'll soon forget the missed appointment, no?

I ordered some time ago and still haven't had a response despite chasing with further emails. Really wanted to sort it whilst I'm over next week. Are you able to connect to the cable tv straight away or do you need to order this as well?

You do not need a2z to connect your TV if you have got your own dvb-c digi box or TV with one built in. Just plug into the TV ariel socket and tune it in. Must be DVB-C and not the more common DVB-T tuner though.

did a fair bit of chasing before but sent them proof of transfer and by the time we came out the money was in their bank.
Turned up when they were supposed to and a very easy install. Engineer spoke really good English and have to say it was a pleasure working with them.
like someone else said must be very busy and only install Tuesday and Thursdays
