just come back from Costa Blanca and ordered a phase 2 for next year

the phase 1's look really good but all the top floors had already been sold so have to wait 12 months :-(

Anyone with a phase 1 thats almost completed (just a few more weeks now!) and looking to rent out later on this year or early 2008 then get in touch

We can check your property is ok and sit and watch ours being built at the same time :-)

we are also buying in phase 2. we were there in july. The phase ones were almost complete.They were quite impressive.They have built the road around phase two and we have been told that it will be complete by April 2008.That will be quite a feat as they havent laid a brick yet.Cant wait for it to be ready though.

I still have not had any details that they have received planning permission yet for phase 2. I have got a copy of the application and i am being told "it is expected anytime".

We are going over on 23rd October for a week so i'll post some more photos up on here of phase1 complete and progress of phase 2.

as soon as i hear anything on the planning permission front i'll post an update - i'll try and find out how many of the phase 2 have been "reserved" as i'd be expecting OLE to push for the planning permission if they are on with development

i'll hold my breath for an April finish but July would suit us great - we've already got 6 weeks hols approved for July/AUgust :-)

How was your week in Heredades. my sister in law was just there last week and she enquired at the sales office who told her that phase two wouldnt be ready until next October. Did you manage to clarify anything when you were there? We have booked flights for next August but we are preparing ourselves for it not being ready.

yes we got over there ok. had a week in barcelona/salou but drove down to heredades and stayed over in cabo roig for a night.

whilst down in heredades we visited the site, called in at ambasun, called in the ole international office in torrevieja and also the psi solicitors.

phase2 not started yet. ole are doing the correct thing and waiting for planning permission before commencing.

they have done a great job of finishing the phase 1 properties - i'll post some photos on here this weekend.

they have also tarmacd the roads and done the pavements around the phase1/2 site and were doing the road markings whilst we were there.

Latest expectations is - receive planning permission for phase 2 dec/jan and start build. completion expected sept/october 2008.

Anyone going over there i would recommend calling in your estate agents and also in the ole offices in torrevieja- they were more than happy to have a chat about the build with us.

sales going well - majority of phase 2 already reserved with a few already signed contracts

Ground floor with two bedrooms 1 Bathroom..  A lovely location and easy access to Motorway and other beach, and lovely surrounding countryside

Very pleased with it completed middle of November and am back now in London again

Would definitely be interested in Renting for 2008
