Cycling FROM the resort

 I know several Cyclists who have cycled from the resort to all the places you mention and  beyond even to the top of the Espuna.

You have to use the service roads cycling on Motorway is not allowed.

You can go as far as your stamina will take you, just take tons of water?

We've cycled to El Pareton via the service road stopping at Scotties for a well deserved drink (or two!) We then somehow cycled cross country to Camposol via farm roads etc and then back to Condado via the service road again. It was knackering but I did enjoy it! If you do something like that you need a good map as we got lost more than once! Haven't tried cycling to Alhama yet, but definitely not cycling to Sierra Espuna, although I understand that Bob of Bob and Cathy does cycling tours around there. He does post here from time to time so might be worth asking.
