Looking to Buy but wary

Hello

We are considering buying an apartment in Spain and like the look of Condado De Alhama. Looking at the forum, nobody seems to have a bad word about it.

Is there something I am missing, or is it truly great?

Who is the best company to buy through? I have contacted Bluemed and waiting for them to get in touch.

How did you find the buying process?
If I get somewhere unfurnished, is it easy enough to get furniture myself?

Any one thinking of buying on Condado should talk to Andy (condado invest), he's been there from the beginning and just does everything for you and is totally honest and independant just arealy nice bloke. He is based in the Al Kasar in Condado. He is also on eyeonspain, under condadoinvest

We purchased just before Christmas- and to echo other replies- we also recommend Andy. He took us through the buying process from beginning to end, organising every step. He also operates a furniture shop in the centre-so he's your man!

I have to agree, we purchased through Andy last year, both Apartment and furniture, great service from the start, until now. He still helps us from time to time as were finding our feet, nothing is to much trouble.

Hi, we bought over a year ago and used Rupert also on the Al Kasar, we've also bought furniture from Andy and Paco and would recommend them all. We bought a lot of furniture from Ikea in Murcia, they will deliver to Condado and our key holders assembled it for us. Hope this helps. Oh and by the way it is a fantastic place!!
