Sorry Arlene but I have to take issue with you here.
I know you recommend your friends to us and I greatly appreciate this but I have to defend your comment on the forum that agents websites show amazing bargains but it’s a different story when you try to get them.
Our website is heavily advertised and is visited by many Eye on Spain users. The prices stated on our website are all true.
When there are extremely low priced bargains at 45,000 euros for example, it clearly states that they are ‘Coming Soon’. This is a fact and we explain the full details to all clients interested.
La Isla states 57,750 euros, the bank recently raised the prices dramatically and all agents involved told the bank that this was not viable, the bank have told us that they are reviewing the prices and prices will be dropping again soon.
So the price stated on La Isla may be taken as misleading but we are expecting a price drop in the coming days/weeks. This is why La Isla prices have not been raised on our website, and we apologise to clients for this but it will be rectified imminently.
Everything else is absolutely correct.
