Car hire

I use Greg's car's about every two months and have never had a problem and they have saved me a fortune over the years compared to the airport car rentals that I used to use previously and are certainly not rip off merchants.

They are legal and reliable but older cars, which is why they are cheaper but no cons such as extra insurance needed or bring the car back empty or full etc. They also provide childrens seats free of charge if needed and the biggest bonus is that they pick you up from the airport and drop you off so no stress before or after your flight which is perfect if you are unsure about directions, have an early flight, or want to have a drink on the flight over.

As they are also a business started on Condado I also like to support them and Greg and the people who work for him are lovely but they may be fully booked so don't leave it too late to enquire.

You need to email him and find out Debzzie as it will depend on which airport he picks you up from as Alicante costs him more in petrol money than San Javier to travel to, and how many days you want the car for.

I would also highly recommend Greg, we try to use him each time we come out although unfortunately he can't help us this time as he's fully booked. Another plus is that apart from picking you up and taking you to the airport he also doesn't charge for additional drivers and earlier this year we went out with friends to another part of Spain and the hire company wanted 7 euros a day for additional drivers, as well as 80+ euros for fuel, and when we got back to the UK they had taken further funds of 70/80 euros from both theirs and our credit cards and our friends are in the process of trying to get the money refunded. You don't get any of that with Greg and he's on site should anything go wrong.
