AGM venue...

Is there some reason why the agm cannot be held on site i.e Cappolas...as I am sure he would welcome the business. Just thought I would ask!!!   Geraldine

I am sure that Raphael would like the business but don't think we would fit in.

Last year the meeting pretty well filled the big hall on La Torre and this year with the meeting taking place on a Saturday we can expect a big turnout of Spanish owners. If you cant be there make sure someone you trust has your proxy vote.

I have read the report from resortilia about seperating  phase 1 from the rest of the resort... what a silly idea.. "in order for it to happen every single owner who attends the meeting must approve "... dont think that will happen.. what a waste of time...! everyone should vote NO..!!

Please be very careful who you use, I've been up on the block roof a number of times recently and some of the installations are shockingly bad, poorly positioned units not giving a good air flow which shortens the life of the units and most common is leaving the rubber feet off the brackets so they vibrate on the tiles, when all the units are fitted and in operation I wouldn't want to live on the third floor. I have plenty of pictures on Block 275 roof of both good and bad instalation, if you want to see them let me know,  I may start another thread so others can put there experiences forward.

If so, i can advise you to ask him the coordinates of his electrician.

He installed a 3/3 Daikin Airco and I'm very satisfied.
