My names Sian, i've just been told about this web sight . We have bought a 1 bedroomed apartment in block 3 portal 1.We are hoping to turn the storage room into a second bedroom and i was just wondering if anyone was thinking about doing the same.

Hello Sian,
I've just seen your message. We too have bought an apartment at Terrazas del Golf, a two-bedroom one on the top floor. Not sure yet what we'll do with the extra room across the corridor. It's a lovely development though, isn't it? We prefer looking over rural Spain than just out to sea!!

Hi Surtech, Yes its a really nice development. We are really looking forward to actually viewing the apartment but still haven't been given a date yet . Have you? We bought ours through medsea who were great at the time but we haven't really had much information or help from them since regarding furniture packages and rental companies.Are you going to be renting yours out or not?

Hi Sian,
We have bought the apartment above you and have made all the arrangements to turn the storeroom into a second bedroom, it makes sense it is that big that you can still have room at the bottom end for storage.

I have brought appartment under sian and also wont to turn the store room into second bedroom, Have you a builder in mind i need a false ceiling put up plus partion wall.
