jardines 13

Has anyone got any 'honest' thoughts on this communial area / general area.
Is the area relatively safe and well kept?

Maybe completing shortly on a apartment.

How far is this garden 13 away from the town centre ( condado )
Is it within walking distance? Are the facilities good?

Any informatation would be much appreciated

Any useful tel/contacts / neighbours would also be very helpful

Be great to meet up with everyone

Yes you within walking distance to all the action! Restaurants bars supermarket and of course the ever popular coffee mornings for ladies only at Big G's American Diner on a monday.

Out of interested do you know if all the apartments have good views ie pool area

Is there a row of apartments almost on the perimeter facing the back of other apartments ( near the road ) I might be wrong.!!

Jardine 13 is recognised throughout Condado and the whole of the region of Murcia, as being the biggest and best Garden on Condado. Most people who own on other gardens wish they had bought on 13.

There is a row that looks over the outer road, so if you want a pool view chose carefully!

I chose my Garden 13 apartment, because of its lovely pool view. However Polaris changed their mind and instead of the two pools we were promissed, they decided to build a childrens park right in front of my apartment...

Looking @ the map we were given when we purchased off plan for Jardin 5 the only Jardins planned to have two pools were Jardins 5 & 7 because they are the longest. You must have bought a long time before us as the map I have only shows Jardin 13 with one pool.

Like 13 we too have a childrens area instead but we do have a good sized pool. Not sure if ours & 7`s are bigger than the rest though.

I do agree that 13 is ideally placed for food etc.

Was Oct 2005 when I reserved my plot, soon after, planning permission for Condado was overturned and I was offered any property at Terrazas De La torre with a 10% discount, so I switched to there..... Then in 2006 Condado was back on so I could have my original property back.... In the mean time my pool vanished...

Jardine 5 is definately the second best garden, because Ham lives there!

We stayed on garden 13 in october whilst completing on our purchase on garden 8. We rented one that faced the perimiter fence......only downside was we got the wind on the roof terrace and hence the dust blowing over form the scrubland at the front.

Also we had no pool views.

Jardin 13 is the closest to the Al Kasar on the gardens side and Naranjas 1 the other side. 

 

Does J13 have more dogs than any other garden tho?

We rented in j13 and loved the families, it is ideally placed for going to Al kasar or Condado Club.

We are now in n5 and wouldnt want to live anywhere else...if we could have bought in j13 at the time I am sure thats how we would feel about j13 too!

You are so right. Jardin 5 is the second best because Ham is often there. we are lucky to be near to the tennis courts & the Condado Club too, so though its a decent walk to Al Kazar Jardin 5 does have its perks

We rented at jardin 5 and found the people very friendly . Even though we were renting some lovely Irish People insisted we join the "outside BBQ/party" set up by the Committee or President of the Jardin. We liked Jardin 5.... because its a decent walk back from Al Kazar so you can sober up and calm down before you get to the house after a night on the lash.... Dont forget Jardin 13 is nearest to the Town Centre so you might get a bit of noise from all 12 other community drinkers as they pass by after time !..  Rent one for a week before you buy is worth thinking about.

We bought one on J13 last year. We have kids 15 and 10 and they love it as we do. 5 mins walk to tennis courts or 5 mins to town so smack in the middle. We got one on the perimeter fence side as it has a longer garden and it's a little quieter than round the pool in the summer but only 30 secs walk to the pool. We will be out last week in May and 2 week mid aug if you need any help.

I purchased on J13 end of 2012. I decided to buy In the Cul de sac area in on the left away from the pool.

For me it great to go to the pool and have a quiet more private front terrace.

The great thing about J13 is the location , Close to town and close to condado club.

For me in reality there are very small differences between gardens. There Is no such thing as the best one it is personal choice.

The reason I picked J13 was the location on the resort , thats all.

I like the idea of being 2/3 mins form town , having a 10/15 min walk does not excite me especially with small kids.

We bought on J13 last year unseen - had never been to Condado or even Murcia but after doing a bit of research about the area and resort we decided to go for it about this time last year.

Honestly? Well, when we first stepped inside our apartment we were completely blown away with what we had got. The whole resort is really well kept and J13 itself looks immaculate. It's very peaceful and in our three visits last year the pool area did not get very busy, the kids playground gets used but personally I dont find the chatter of happy kids annoying and we are at the playground end.

J13 is only a 5 minute walk to Al Kasar and location wise it is very good. You have Al Kasar one way, the sports facilities and Condado Club 5 mins in the other direction - for me its a perfect location. Haven't noticed any great noise from Al Kasar although during the summer they do have outside entertainment.

Everyone seems friendly and we are looking forward to meeting more people on J13 and the resort.

The resort feels safe to me. We dont have kids but if you get an apartment around the garden then you could be on your terrace and in eye line all the time. There is no direct contact with traffic on the garden itself but the roads around the resort are not full of cars so as long as kids are road aware even if they do venture outside the garden they will be fine if they cross at the crossing points.

Condado is a good place and the facilities onsite are good. There are enough bars and restaurants to keep you fed and watered and even in the short time we have been part of the community things look to be inproving.
