Wanted property to buy minimum of two bedrooms.

I UNDERSTAND THAT A COMMUNITY MEETING IS TO BE CALLED DURING THE NEXT FEW WEEKS - TO DISCUSS THE SATELLITE INSTALLATION AND OTHER IMPORTANT ISSUES.

YOU WOULD NORMALLY BE ADVISED BY POST BY THE ADMINISTRATOR OF THE DATE AND TIME OF THE MEETING, BUT I HAVE SPOKEN TO PACO ( ADMIN OFFICE) THIS MORNING AND HE FEARS THAT HE DOES NOT HAVE EVERY OWNERS UK ADDRESS.

Hi All

Just a little reminder that if as an owner in any community you have not paid or are not up to date with your community fees, although you can attend any meeting, you cannot vote!  Please bear this in mind when casting proxy votes as we, and more importantly yourself, would not like to be disappointed in not being able to vote of any of the issues that will appear on the agenda.

Hope this does not sound too bureaucratic but would not like anyone to miss out on any of the important issues that we all would like sorted out at the earliest opportunity!
