Email from President of Jardin 4

I have just received an email from the president of Jardin 4 advising of a party to be held there for the garden resedents & apologizing to residents of Jardin 5 for any inconvenience caused by the noise

What a great way to get to know your fellow owners. I wish our president would have thought of it or something similar (No chance there as I for one have never seen, met or heard from him)

I applaud all who have been involved with the organization of the event & hope you all have a fantastic time

No sorry. There was a date but I dave deleted the email now I cannot remember.

I am presuming it is for Jardin 4 owners & visitors only as I guess they must have contributed some financial help towards the event.

If you are an owner in Jardin 4 & did contribute then I guess you will get a reminder email. If you didnt then personnaly I would not expect to be allowed to join in. I think a similar email will have gone out owners of Jardin 3 too.

We are owners on Jardin 4 which was why I was asking. Sounds like good fun and just wondered whether it will be on during our visit. Not sure that we get any emails from our president.

LETTER FROM THE PRESIDENT OF GARDENS Alhama IV

The President of Jardin 4 would like to inform you in advance That Jardin 3 and 4 are holding in Jardin 4 Their annual party on Sunday Agust 3rd April from 18.00 to 23.00. There will be live music so Inevitably some noise.

The President appologises in advance for any inconvenience to his neighbors in Jardin5 on this day.

It does make me think that a similar event took place last year too as it referes to Their Annual party

It might be worth while you contacting ML & asking to go on to the mailing list for prior notice so that you can arrange to attend next year.

The email was in Spanish & I had to press for a translation.

Jan organise your own party! One of the owners in our garden did that and booked a hog roast we unfortunately were leaving so couldn't go but I understand it was well attended and great fun. She sent out notes to each apartment and people paid for the food. 

A great way to get to know so many. One of the Spanish dad's on our garden has been putting up a huge screen in the evening for the children in our garden to watch a movie. Gets all the little ones together - So lovely to see people working to get a lovely community together  - we are so lucky. 

It's a great idea to have occasional parties in the gardens, it would be a great way of meeting our neighbours. Good on those gardens for arranging something like this.

I would have loved to organise an event for next year as I used to do this on a regular basis as a play scheme co-ordinator but unfortunately we never holiday on Condado during the school holidays

Partly because of the flight costs but also because it is our busy rental time.

Maybe someone else in Jardin 5 would like to take up the challenge, though be warned it’s a very long & challenging thing to organise & often with little appreciation @ the end of it.

Garden parties even small ones are great

on garden 1 we have already had a small gathering in July and another is planned for 14th august all good for the garden
