Our mortgage deal is due to run out in September/October this year and We were wondering if anyone knows of any mortgage advisers in our local area who speak English who would be able to help us re negotiate with either our current bank or find us a better alternative

Best person for the job would be Patrick Robinson at Marbella Mortgages, he is on the forum as smiley and is a genuine and conscientous guy who would help you get a deal to suit you - all done by phone and email
