Apartment Misuse

I just wanted to make renters aware that I have recently had a lot of damage done to my apartment by a chap who rented it for a few weeks. He has now go onto another apartment and is also working on Condado.

The company he is working for will probably employ him to go into properties and that is why I am concerned also. He is at present renting in N3 but should he get thrown out he will be looking for another place to rent.

Mmmm, best get this guys details, dont want him anywhere near ours... Wouldnt be the same chap who works on Condado that people were talking about who was playing up in Al Kasar the other night????

I think it could be the same chap. I was told he was causing trouble in The Clover but not sure when.

If it's the same guy, his name is Simon Higgs and he's renting an apartment in N3 and working as an electrician for Sparkelclean. I have also been told he might have moved on to Benidorm but I'm not sure it's the same chap. If it is the same chap perhaps he has been kicked out. I hope so.

I have informed the Condado office about him so I hope they take note and not let something like this go. Another reason why I hope he has gone is because I told him I was going to circulate details of what he did to my apartment so if he is causing trouble onsite he might go back to my apartment and you never know what he could do.

Do you mean he is not employed on Condado now or that he is not in the Narajos apartment now.

As far as I know he has left 'in a hurry'. By that I gather he has left Condado. I certainly hope so. Somebody told me he has gone to Benidorm. I don't know the owner of the apartment he rented after mine. It is N3 Apt 141. If anybody knows the owner perhaps they could check. I have informed the office so I would certainly hope this guy would not be allowed to remain on Condado.
