Urbaser - payment issues

Has anyone else had problems with Urbaser not being able to take payments from their bank account?
Originally the payments were set up ok but then we moved our bank account from one Santander branch to another Santander branch and since then they have never managed to take a single payment which means someone has to go and pay at a bank and incur a €2.50 bank fee.

We're at a loss how to resolve the problem since no other company has a problem taking money...
 

Did you inform Urbaser of your new bank account?

Yes, we have been to see them in Alhama and our bank has rung them direct so confirm the details but they seem unable to take the payment

I would give it another try, either calling or visiting them. Usually they prefer direct debit payments!

we definitely would save inconeniencing others since we're only over there once a year :-(

Didn't Urbaser get taken over by Socamex? I wonder if this might tbe the issue. It might be worth emailing Mileniun and asking for their help. condado@mileniun-levante.es
