yapping dogs

Just read on the general spanish site that the rules about taking your dogs abroad have changed. Is that why there is an almost constant barrage of yapping dogs throughout the day and into the  evening now unlike in previous years. Dont get me wrong i love dogs and have had one of my own most of my life but these little yappy things are driving me and others insane. I know a dogs job is to protect but to allow it to continually yap is not productive. If the dog is yapping because someone is trying to break in, no one will investigate because it does it all of the time. If you want your home protected the dog should be inside anyway. It cant stop the intruder that has gained access if the dog is locked outside. Jan 

Glad I'm not resident or on holiday in P05 ,somebody has being leaving their dog out on the patio area of their top story apartment. The dog is distressed and howling like mad. I'm surprised the golfers haven't complained. feel sorry for the dog.

Have you reported this to ML. No point in feeling sorry for the dog if you have not done anthing about it. Maybe you have.

I reported a similar situation early last year and it was dealt with very sympathetically. I dont think the owners we deliberatly cruel. They just had not considered the dogs needs. So many people choose to have animals both here and abroad without researching its needs etc before hand. Lets hope this dog finds a better home or the owners become more aware
