Have someone staying in our apartment who told us that one of the units is leaking when on. Key holder says it may be a blocked drain pipe. Anyone know of any person on site who could take a look at it and perhaps fix it? Or any air con company that I ring up and speak English too? I understand that apparently not a lot of work gets done in August due to places being on holidays.

We just had euro nicks come and look at ours as it was leaking a lot of water. They did not find a block but fitted an air release valve/pipe and we had ours on again last night without any problem. You could try giving them a call.

Otherwise Appollo Air is another company who are English I believe.

Dolphins,

Also had a leaking a/c. Euronics came straight out and sorted it. Thankfully it was only a build up of ice melting. They have seen many instances of blocked, broken and not even installed drainage pipes. They will no longer fit units in the Penthouses, except top floor, due to the drainage pipe problems. 0034 868 181 121. They also checked out my other a/c units for free.

Good luck.

If anyone is experiencing a lack of cool air from their air con then firstly take off the cover and clean the filter with a small brush. If that doesnt work then it probably needs re gassing. Contact apollo air and they will sort for you.

We had this problem because the temperature was set too cold the unit was frozen up, turning it up a couple of degrees solved the problem.
