What's near by

Hi all 

thinking of renting a apartment on this resort end of September , going to hire a car but is there shops ,restaurants and bars within walking distance ? Don't fancy having to drive out every night.

also is it easy enough to get taxis to and from this resort ?

I'm new to area having just bought,  but LA Terrazas is very much on its own really. There's a few restaurants a couple of miles away and they do a pick up and return service,  they all share the same minibus. However beyond that nothing really. BTW this is not the main forum so I'm not sure how many people watch it. Might be worth a repost on the one ending with Golf Resort.
