Sparkle Clean (who are on site) were doing painting I believe and I think last year they did a special offer over winter so you may want to wait and see if they repeat it.

We used Apollo Air www.apolloair.eu last year for our air con. Two 9000 btu panasonic inverter units at 749€ each. We were happy with that price.
