New owners

Hi everyone, 

We are  just about to complete on a Baron style villa on Mar Menor and are thinking of visiting for a week in October and perhaps over Christmas. Its our daughters 19th Birthday when we are visiting in October and I would like to book a nice restaurant for a meal, anyone have any recommendations?  Also is there much going on over Christmas or will it be very quiet? We are very much looking forward to getting to know the area better.

los alcazaresHi i know MMGR well i had a villa on la torre, you will find  that the whole will area quite, as people who live full time on MMGR  many will go back to there own country for Xmas, and also many people from all around the area will go to Benidorm, you will find many places on the coast (Los Alcazares) will be shut, you will find some place for food im sure. Well done on your purchase  on MMGR i love the resort.good luck  

Yes, some owners do go back to their home countries for Christmas, but owners also come out to their villas and spend Christmas on the resort. The social committee organise alot of events over the Christmas period. Details of events are on the notice boards in the town centre. Also on the community website.... www.mmgr.info 

One restaurant that i can reccomend is Triana. It is located just outside the resort on the boulevarde. All the restaurants along the boulevarde will be open for the Christmas period.
