Hi all

 

I see the rain has finally come, which is good for the grass, golf  and plants.....but.   How are peoples homes?  any flooding?  I seen some pictures where Calle de Murcia is badly flooded on the street.  Any seepage into gardens/basements?

Please advise

Hi I remember the rain. We were to buy 11-22 but when the basement became our indoor pool we pulled out. In a fight with Atlas and the builder we are now in excess of €200,000 out of pocket. Love Spain but sierra golf was a huge mistake. We visited 2 years later and it was still a ghost town. I hope for those who stayed there luck has been better than ours
