These are some of the replies we have received regarding the swimming pool question.
QHas the design of the swimming pools been finalised and if so, can we see some design drawings?
A. There was a discussion about the siting of the pools and play areas. It was explained that it was simply physically impossible to locate the pools in the areas originally designated on the plan because of the contours of the land.
We have also been informed that, The development management may, at their discretion, introduce changes for technical, commercial and legal reasons.

hi there i am new here to the site i bought an apartment in green building in july under the same impression that i had a pool out front. i have my agent chasing up my concerns cause that was the selling factor for me and i will be selling asap if no pool available. will keep you all informed regards mr m cummings

Hi I have purchased a Green apartment in Block M12.
There is a pool shown there and I was assured by the agents on my visit that they
would build a pool infront of my apartments as wel as a kids play area.
Does anyone know the dimensions of the pools and if we can use the other poolsaround the site?
