Bill, what's with this aggression towards me? Do I know you? Or is this just another one of those 00:50 posts?

I'm as hurt and out of pocket as the next guy but still like to keep informed and share news with the TH community. That's the whole point of being a member of Eye on Spain, is it not? Also, these pictures are my personal property, taken by me two days ago, so there is no way you have seen them before, as suggested. I you don't like what you see why look in the first place?

Finally, don't shoot the messenger.

Sorry Joe, but I have seen those pictures ( or similar ) many times over the last few years and seeing them yet again after so long just hit a raw nerve. Nothing against you personally. I went and witnessed the mess there myself a few years ago. Sorry again if I may have upset you 

No hard feelings Bill. I haven't been around that way in two or maybe even three years and was quite shocked with what I saw. I assumed it had just recently happened and felt I should post it on this site.

Unbelievable pics !!  So gutted !!  Those plans of a 5star resort !! Gone. - the site looked so nice 6-7yrs  ago now its worthless !!!! Can't believe it.! Really *issed Off !! 

Has any one tried the bank guarantee route ? Ley 57/68

it appears  a few have tried with other developments and succeeded.  

Any resent  information / movement would be appreciated.

Samuelf123 - I too share your sentiments. Only what could have been...

Anyway, to reality; are there any TH buyers out there, who did not have a bank guarantee and have sucessfully sued the banks and got there money back. I put my deposit down for a Triana a decade ago. I do have a court date for April this year (its an appeal court date as we lost the origainal case, but fingers crossed this sentence will go in our favour!).

Would be good to hear of any TH buyers who have been successful. Any news would be most welcome!
