Just received an a snotagramme type email about an email presumed to have been sent by me with regards to hand over of keys from Sparkle

Honestly folks I have nothing to do with them other than to have been & may still be a client.

Neither have I or do have any connection to anyother mangement person, team or company, legal or otherwise on Condado

I am just an owner

The first comment I made was to say that I too had had an email  fromCraig & that I had been able to read mine. i did say that maybe he was trying to get every ones out ASAP & had rushed one or two.

Later I spoke to Craig who had not realised that there was a problem & said he would contact evveryone asap

He was trying to get his head around things, keep the office open, do pre clean & meeting clients as well as sorting other thing outfor us & himself

I said there were some on EOS who had not had either email & did he want me to forward copies via a PM.

I did so & as a result  recieved may requests I ended up sending the last but two at around midnight

One again trying to do a good deed & then being shot down

Am I going to try to be a nice person & help some one out again.

Indeed. Also none of my business but getting involved personally leaves you wide open to misinterpretation and association whether you intended to or not.  

Leave Sparkle Clean to sort this out with their clients which I am sure they are doing.

Have to agree just need to look at your posting history here, you do seem to get involved/ have an opinion on lots of things which have absolutely nothing to do with you, so you really can't complain when people shoot you down. Seems you have brought the "snotogram" on yourself.

Before you or anyone else wants to jump on the band wagon I think I aught to put you straight

The first responce from Lizzie was justified if what she thought I had done was correct

She thought I had had three PM`s from the gentlemen mentioned & that I had been disrispectful of their privacy by naming them on an open thread. WRONG

I had sent an EMAIL NOT A PM to whom I will refer to as Mr 1

He in return sent me a reply. His name was on the bottom of the email

A short while later I received another EMAIL but not from the same man a Mr 2

Then I received my snotagram EMAIL from Mr 3

Both Mr`s No 2 & 3  were unknown to me. All three had come from the same email address & I could not understand how the latter two men had my EMAIL details hence my question "Are you the same person"

I sent an EMAIL back to Mr 3  asking if he had emailed me in error.

Thankfully he got back to me  and has explained what had happened

I and MANY OTHERS had made contact with Mr No 1 via email

He then emailed one of those people back but added everyone else`s email  address making them public to us all, though I had not realised it

When Mr  3 emailed his annoyance re the contents of email sent by MR 1  to him it also went to everyone`s email address including mine, hence the confusion

Who Mr 2 is I have no idea but think he is connected to MR NO 1

Now to respond to your sarcasm

Yes I am opinionated and yes I do post those views on EOS

However I do NOT hide behind a pseudonym or a user name. I always add my name  & often mention my husband by name, so anyone can find me when I am on Condado if they wish.

If I know you & I have something to say I will say it to your face. I do not talk behind peoples back neither do I listen to rumours. If I dont know you then you read my views on EOS

There are times when I am wrong & I have openley admitted it afterwards on EOS

I do NOT have more than 1 user name, unlike some, who often correspond with them selves.  I do not mind constructive critisism if its from some one who has all of the facts. I am old and wise enough not to be phased and will take it on the chin

So next time PM me first so things can be discussed rashonably as Lizzy & I have done. Things are always better & clearer and mis understandings get sorted out in a friendly manner.

Hi All

WHERE IS DARREN WILKES WHEN YOU NEED HIM!!!

I have followed EOS since I became an owner in 2009 and always found Jan/Hamibabes informative and helpful and her only intent is to pass on information to us owners that are in the UK and can't get the real info from onsite because she takes the time to ask.

I see from Darren Wilkes user name that he is the Keyholder to the football pitches and wondered if he would be interested in extending his interests to taking over the sparkle services

Normally we would have a go but as we haven't finished the Paramount Theme Park and are only half way through finishing the Condado Penetentuary due to a complaint from the president of garden 14 (we used the wrong colour of  ingola ) we are miles behind (sorry years)

i would imagine the best way for all customers of sparkle to arrive as normal on their booking date and make their own mind up from then on and let Craig and NIkki sort their own problems out which seem to be a lot greater than making sure your toilet has been cleaned!!!

Thankyou Jan for all your info regarding what has happened we are over at easter and have already told Craig we will decide then
