Madrid's Appeal Court has just sentenced Caja Granada (now Banco Mare Nostrum) to refund deposits plus legal interest to several Royal Suites of Marbella buyers although no individual bank guarantees were given to them

Is this a new case or is it just posted again.

Was this an appeal of first instance ruling ?

How long did it take for this appeal to be heard and can it now be appealed

to Supreme Court.

 

Did people get any money back yet.
