smelly drains

Any body suffering with smelly drains at the moment inthe Jardine s before i start investigating my own drains first for blockages?

Hi Martin,

We didn't have any issues when over in March or notice any smell in the walkway. 

Suggest maybe contact Millenium as drains under main road have been an issue over the years.

Smell is in the bathroom only . probably because not used for a while. outside is fine.

Our drains are stinking at the moment then most of the time they do and the answer we get is you are in Spain, of course we are not prepared to accept that and feel there has got to be a problem somewhere.  The biggest problem of course is are the drains our problem or the community.  The drains in the internal road are cleaned through each year but the drains which come from each of the blocks of apartments in the underground car park are not, our President says the drains in the underground garages are owners responsibility he does not see it as a community issue so we wonder who is right?
