Today the Bankruptcy Court nº 2 in Murcia has called Trampolin Hills for liquidation (finally!), because the payment proposal (creditors' agreement) filed by a group of creditors has been rejected . The liquidation involves that purchase contracts are automatically cancelled, which is an excellent new for those purchases who were considering to sue depositary banks under the provisions of the 57/68 Act but never requested to Trampolin or to Courts the purchase contract cancellation, given that some courts interpreted that contracts were still in force although properties weren't completed yet.
