Flooding

hi there

some of the older threads spoke about flooding last year. 

Did id this happen on the golf course/grounds or in an apartment block ? We are potentially looking to purchase in block 290 so just want to see if there is any history there ?

i was also told that the golf course isn't actually completed. Is this also correct ?

Hi there - we are in 292 two blocks up from 290 and Gary was there during the floods last year.  Our part of the resort, although wet, was not flooded.  The blocks on phase one were worse affected and the roads toward the entrance and around to the undeveloped part of the site and where the green keeping equipment is kept.

i think it caught everyone by surprise.  It rained heavily since then but the maintenance guys were quick to open the drain covers so it did not flood.

The golf course has been up & running since 2010, we also have a pro shop.
