Appt needed for 1 night on 25th June

Hi there. Coming over with a friend to view an apartment and someone recommended trying to get an apartment on site overnight to get a feel. 

We don't arrive in Alicante until 2135, so by the time we have driven down it'll probably be closer to 11pm. Then up and out early the next day. 

So if anyone has availability please let me know

I think for 1 night, you'll be better off in a hotel as the hassle and cleaning costs make a 1 day apartment rental very uneconomical.

Given that you don't really need any facilities with the time you are here why not try Apartamentos Turisticos Mediterraneo  at Espacio Mediterraneo. We stayed one night there when over recently and we're surprised how good it was. It's clean, beds are comfortable and with a small kitchen you can even make a cup of Tea. Depending on your dates expect to pay between £25 and £30 via booking. com.  It's only about a 20 minute drive from the resort. It also has a large supermarket, carrefour, next to it to grab some food.

managed to get an apartment for a single night on the resort for a very decent price. Looking forward to coming over. 

What time does the bar stay open until in the evening ?

At this time of year the bar closes around 6 pm as it is mainly serving visiting golfers. It is expected that the hours will be longer in the summer season. As you are flying into Alicante I suggest you  try to find somewhere to eat on the way or perhaps try "The Royal Bite" in Roldan ( just a few minutes beyond Terrazas), last time I flew in It was 11 ish when I got to Terrazas  and was pleased to find the Royal bite still serving a restricted menu. Enjoy your stay.

Correction: From 15th June onwards the Saurines clubhouse on Terrazas will be open for food and drinks until 2300 so you should be ok.
