Barking dogs

My neighbour in DV has a dog and I'm not a dog lover. However the dog doesn't bother me at all. It is the other dogs and their barking through the night that bothers me. Last night was bad. I think the owners can also hear them barking. It's their fault. They should do something about it. If my baby cries I see to it. Why do they let their dogs bark their head off and bother the neighbours? It's really lovely here. Peace and quiet everywhere. But the dogs barking all night long spoil the moment. 

Most of the noise is from the wild dogs that are roaming outside of the development and the problem is exacerbated by the people on the top road outside the development feeding the wild dogs.

The problem has been ongoing for at least 5 + years
