We had our air con units installed by Climazone and they have been serviced by them.  Is Climazone still in operation?  i need my units serviced and probably re-gassed and i can't seem to get hold of them.  Can anyone help please?

If a/c units are working ok, do they actually need servicing other than filter cleaning which users can easily do?
