sabadell 4 digit code

hello how are you? please am having a little problem with sabadell online. I logged in succesfully but when I tried to update or make a transactions i was told my 4 digit verification code is not working and I put the right 4 digit. Please advice me on how the 4 digit code card works in other to make tranfer and update my details. Ur urgent help would be appreciate!

Hi Liana,

I have done several on-line transactions with Sabadell.  After filling in the required fields, to complete and verify the transaction you are required to enter a 4 digit number from your personal code card, corresponding to a number they give you on screen (between 1 and 80).  This is unique to you, and is not the same 4 digit access code you need to log on to BSOnline.

Thanks for your swift reply! That is where am having problem making the transfer. I have put the 4 digit code on the code card but still cant go through. I saw two number below the key pad saying corresponding to my card. I have to ask u does this 2 number showing on the screen must correspond with my 4 digit code to complete the transfer? if my personal 4 digit code card is 1111 and 20 show on screen saying must correspond my card code, how would i go about that? If the screen showing 20 must correspond to my code card digit it means my 4 digit code card must be contain 20? e.g 2018? Please explain to me better because am having a problem with the two number showing on the screen that saying must correspond to my 4 digit code card

Enter  the number which corresponds to code 80 of your  BSOnline Card nº  1934XXXX

But I cant find 80 on my card or my card code and my key code 4 digit is 1972

Are we talking about the same card?  My code card (BSOnline card not my Debit card) is numbered 1 to 80, and every number has a corresponding 4 digit number alongside.  So if the transaction requires the code for 20, then I just type in the 4 digit number alongside 20.  If this isn't working then I suggest you contact them via the on-line chat function.  They have always been very helpful.

Thank you, i am appreciating your swift reply. when I fill everything to make transfer and i was as to put the code card, will i find the code card in my email? Does this code card goes to my email then I will pick the codes from the code card sent to my email to make the transfer?

My code card was posted to me in UK when Sabadell took over CAM Bank. I didn't need to ask for it. Perhaps you can request one by post, or pick one up at your branch in Spain.

i have the code card i am asking if i can received the code in my email when am making a transfer online instead of receiving the code on my mobile?

If you have a Sabedell Code Card then you  must use it , to do online transfers. If the Screen says 30 and your card has 1974 next this no 30 on your card,then input this 1974  in your Screen to complete your transfer. I do not know if can receive codes by Email instead of Mobile Phone. You will have to chat to Sabadell Online or visit their local branch in Spain to find out.Hope this helps

We had similar problem. We went to see Fiona in Sabadell in the port. Brilliant. Very helpful. Cancelled old code card, issued new one immediately, and finished our transaction for us. Excellent free service
