Recommendations for Non Resident Tax Advice

Hi All,

We are looking for recommendations for companies/people who handle non resident tax returns. We have used our solicitor for the past 5/6 years but his fee's are a bit high and believe that there must be a cheaper alternative out there.

We have €30 plus €7 fee taken each year by Sabadell for certif no redencia. I'm not sure but think that is the same? We have no solicitor.

Two different taxes I'm afraid Steve, Jim asking about income tax you need to pay on the supposed financial benefit you gain from owning a property in Spain whether you rent out or not.

Sorry can't help you Jim as I have also only used my Spanish solicitor to do my return.

We do ours our selves . Log onto www.agenciatributaria.es.  You can get the English version or the Spanish one. I would do the English one first . Once your happy with this then do the Spanish one. Once completed take it to your bank and they will pay it through your account.

About to prepare my 2014 modelo 210 return is the % calculation still 24.75% this year or is it back down to 24%?
