READY TO PURCHASE

Hi,

I am coming over on the 26/11/15 to view a couple of appartments which are being sold by the banks, and if I like what I see, will be making a purchase. How are things progressing out there? Is there anything that I should be concerned about, please feel free to post here with both good and bad feedback, I will be in for the long haul, so not looking for a rental income or a quick return on the investment.

Good luck, it's a lovely resort, are you buying on 

phase 2 ?  They certainly look cheap in rightmove.
