We are completing on a 3 bed townhouse in January on Phase 2, and I wondered if anyone could give us some advice on rental potential. Are holiday rentals popular in this area? What occupancy do you think we could expect? Any suggestions of who to use to rent the property out? Any comments thoughts would be much appreciated as this is our first time buying in Spain and are looking forward to spending our holidays there!
