For those who have bought in the last 6 months

Hi there,

Has anyone that has bought on Serria Golf, Got keys to their home yet..if no would love to know any information regarding when they bought and when last year...Also have you already got your keys and already moved in.

Any information would be great.

We have a number of sales going through, quite a few actually but I canm confirm that we don't any completions to happen until the middle to the end of January at the earliest because we are waiting for all of the paperwork, specifically the COH

There was a delay created by the outstanding fees to the town halls

We are also waiting for some propertues to be completely refurbished by the builders

I understand a few people have completed but none of these are our clients as the lawyers for our clients are waiting but they are confident about January
