New to condado

Hi All.

We would like a bit of advice if possible?

We have recently purchased a 3 bed ground floor apartment on Jardin 3 and we need to fully furnish the property. Has anyone got any suggestions for the easiest way to do this and which companies to use?

welcome to Condado... there are several options for furniture, Ikea, Paco Molina in Al Kasar, Janice at @ Home in Mazarron.

We offer a keholding service for €99 per annum and with that are happy to help you find everytging you need.

lights can be got from Leroy Merlin and Andy will fit these for you for €100.  Rob, email louandlev@yahoo.co.uk will fit window locks and change door handle so you cant get locked out.  He also does granite worktops as Does Salva.  Electrical items can be bought from Euronics in Campsol.

Fun part is shopping for what you like for your apartment if you have the time, if not Andy at condado invest does furniture packs as do others, as far as keyholding is concerned it is good to have a key holder even if you don't want to rent out, there are many on condado who will do this for you and prices vary depending on what you want from the service.

Jill White and military breaks do key holding who I can recommend but ask around your garden yourself if you wish, a local jardine 3 resident may do this for you.

Plenty of people on here that will help you without fear or favour Tom, welcome to the Jardines... 

This forum is great for finding loads out just post what you want and somebody will answer ,personally I use rob on Jardin 5 for keys and anything else because he knows most of the skilled people mind you he is aswel .
