Just had a lovely 12 day holiday here at terrazas just one point to make is I think there should be some cycle sheds around the site as we had cycles we stacked up against our apartment and in the walkway I know they have now where to put them if they are above ground floor but think if there was somewhere to put them it would not cause any problems

Hi Luke good point . I agree some form of storage would be great. Not a biker myself and not adverse to anyone enjoying the pleasures of a cycle ride. But owning a ground floor apartment have had to tolerate bikes stacked up  right outside my front door in the main entrance to the block very annoying.

regards Andy

I think this is something worthy of wider discussion. I have a bike which I store in the apartment when I am not there. As a 3rd floor apartment owner, I would welcome some sort of bicycle storage on the ground floor outside the apartment.

Hi

Like the others I would support this. We have two general  bikes at present but I would like to have a road bike as well, but have nowhere to store an extra one. It's something I would be willing to pay a bit for, either rent or upfront.

On my wandering I have seen there is a perfect location under one of the blocks in phase 12. It's proximity to a roundabout means the parking on the rhs of the block, normally allocated to ground and top floor apartments, is inaccessible for cars. This means that there is a large covered concrete area. An alternative might be to see if we could rent one of the empty shops, but not the one where the pigeons live!

Ps for the more serious cyclists there are a couple of sectors on the resort on Strava.

Hi,

Our block is currently pursuing installing a cycle rack and we are paying for it by contributions from interested residents in the block.
