Hi to all owners in Block 7 portal A & B

If you have completed and have visited you will be aware that these two portals do not have a 'posh' glass entrance. If you havn't completed raise this issue before you do.

Allied developers are in discussion with The builders as there are two small doors to the rear of the building but you cant access them. We need to get this resolved now before its too late as our only decent access is through the garage.

There are discussions which include landscaping the side of the building lighting etc etc to access the rear doors but this really is leaving us disadvantaged/poor relations. This will have an effect on the resale value /saleability /renatability of your apartment.

The builder neds to come up with proposals to resolve this issue quickly, this should include putting a glass front between the portal doors in the garage and making the drive into to the garage more residential and decorating properly.

Also stairs could be put up the back of the entrance up to the portal doors.

Please do something now dont wait and then moan.

We have complained and complained and complained again about the garage area, the entrance to Portal A and B, block 7, and the pool by block 5.  We did notice when we went out last week that they appear to be doing something to the entrance through the garage area, and will await to see if it meets our expectations.  If not we will continue with the complaining process.

This also includes the complaining about the snagging.  We are now on our third snagging list, and they sadly do not have the same idea about finishing as we do.  Have a look under your plinth for the sinks in your en-suites, ours was awful.  They had put the bracket at the wrong height and so stuck chips of wood and paper in all over the place to try and make it look better.  It didn't work!!!!
