What's happening by the gatehouse?

Out at our apartment at the moment and have noticed that there's a bulldozer and other heavy duty Earth moving equipment. They seem to be leveling the field,  next to the entrance,  that has laid idle for a long time. Does anyone know what they are doing?

Security were informed that the ground is being prepared (fine tilth) for an 80 hectare plantation of lemons and mandarin oranges

you guys have just tidied this area up on the left , great job you did as well .

Security were told both sides, but for the moment all the work is on the left as you leave, enormous field being leveled and broken down to fine tilth.

Thanks Henry , that really would be a improvement on the eye.If you drive up to Sierra golf it's all lemon tree orchards all neatly fenced in. Fingers crossed that would look great .
