Ocean Greenery Developers

I am still pursuing getting my deposit back for the above.  Currently the stumbling block appears to be that the bank won't return the money because we don't have an account number for the developer's.  I paid the deposit to Anderson's solicitors for which I have a receipt.  Anderson's did not give me a receipt when this was (hopefully) transferred to the Developer's account.  Does ANYONE have the developer's account number.  Either by paying directly or via their solicitors please?

Could a request be made to the Bar Association for this information to be made available to you from your conveyancing solicitor ( original part of their due diligence) and/or as this is also part of the Bank's responsibility to place any offplan monies into a secure account perhaps Maria de Castro or Keith Rule could advise?

Thanks for this. Apparently having found the developers account number on the contract, apparently this does not constitute proof it was paid in. Think there might have been complaints if it hadn't been paid! Isaac is now going back to court. First of our group is 17th November.
