Can anyone tell me please how often we should receive bills from Iberdrola for electricity in the Albox area of Almeria? Is there a set term? We have received them bi-monthly and monthly and really don't know where we are!
Also, is the Iberdrola standing charge excessive? Our property is not occupied and having assessed that we used €18 worth of electricity we received a bill for €84.
