Hi Guys,

      Have loved reading your comments, very helpful.

We are thinking to buy a 2 bed that we viewed last July. Would appreciate any help with buying costs including connection charges for water, electric, ,gas etc.

I noticed that the areas seemed to be maintained but is that affected by the latest receivership?

Would appreciate any help.

yeah I don't know, I have tried several times to re-confirm my email, using the link provided back to my email account and log back in, but it doesn't seem to want to allow me to confirm. Maybe i try an alternative email address...
