Congratulations!!

We are here at the moment and it's great, weather hot and sunny, beer cold and kids loving it in the pool 😃

There are numerous places around to buy your essentials, it just depends how much if your time in Spain you want to spend shopping and arranging stuff.

We bought a bank repo last year so it was completely bare, we opted for the easy route of an all-in furniture package, probably works out more expensive but far more convenient- especially when you are on a tight timeline. We then bought a fridge freezer and washing machine from Media Markt, who delivered and installed a few days later.

I'm sure other will reply with more tips and advice.

We will probably use Ikea but was wondering if there were any selling sites that anyone knew of.

I'm pretty sure it's open, but haven't been up as yet this trip.

When we were here at Easter it had just reopened under new management and it was looking really good, we might call up for a beer tonight 🍻 😉

Just seen your thread about places to buy. We have also bought an apartment on Covera on M30 and on our last trip out in July we ordered lots of furniture from Ikea, fridge freezer from Media Mart which is just at the back of Ikea and also went to Leroy Merlin @ Cartegena for the lights. Like Marcus we bought a bank repo so was empty and needed everything.

Whilst we've been back in the UK the furniture and fridge freezer have been delivered (we have a key holder in Corvera) so lots of flatpacks to build when we go back out next weekend...

When we were out in July the Club House was open and was doing tapas and we also ate in the town, La Cazadores next to the petrol station is fabulous.

Congratulations on your purchase I'm sure you'll love the area and the resort.

Hi Maggie, great stuff, although not much of a holiday building flat packs in 35 degree heat! Make sure your fridge is on and the beer cold!!

We use Finishing Touch in Corvera too, they provided a cleaning service for our apartment and hold a set of keys too, they're really helpful especially when you're not always there.
