At the moment the golf course is not run by anyone.
It has in the past operated but at the present time it is just grown wild.
The thing is that the more people invest and buy the quicker the golf course will open.
Any business person wanting to run it would want to make sure that there is enough customers to make it viable... its a sum of X amount of residence and golf players are require to support the course ! once this happens it will be up and running.
There are some great golf courses in the area that can be used in the meanwhile.
