Up until a few days ago I had not been on eos for a few years since our Jarfin had its own Facebook page and Condado as a whole had one too. I do wonder how many users of eos are aware of the fb pages. A few days ago a list of legal property management people on Condado was listed. You may be surprised to teaf that there are only four. I wonder if yours is one if them. Many if you may find that in reality you would not have any recompense should anything happen to either you, your family, property or guests. Please check. Its not worth the risk. Many of the companies who ate not legal may have no insurance s in place to protect you and your property. Don't leave it until its to late to change. My friend used a property manager on another site for five years. Had in the past recommended them then last July an incident occurred that should have meant they were covered by their property managers insurance. They didn't have any. The result is they are now facing having to go yo court and will be greatly out of pocket.
