Council tax & Post box keys at Sierra Golf

Does anyone know how much is the council tax at Sierra Golf and where should I pay it? Also I wanna ask abut post box keys , do you know guys where can I collect them from?

”Council Tax” - catastral sent out by Avileses each year mid June to early July
