Hi
Has anyone any updates on the Monte SanJuan development. Is it still there or has it been subsumed into another development, or has the name been changed? Can anyone provide rough directions to where it was located as the town has expanded and changed so much.
many thanks Linda

Hi Nigel
thank you for your reply.
They are/were in San Juan de Los Terreros. They were being built around 2003/4?
The builder eventually went into liquidation before the villas could be handed over.
Thanks Linda

Thanks Nigel. Both very helpful.
My partner was unfortunately one of those buyers who lost money when this development crashed. We are currently in the area but cannot find the development in San Juan de Los terreros, which makes us think it has been demolished or subsumed into another development. Hopefully we will find out something about the development.
best wishes

Hi Linda
It was shocking what Cajamar Bank did in April 2011 selling these properties to Pulpi( a local businessman) who immediately sold it on to another developer .
I urgently suggest you contact Maria de Castro by private message to ask for advise on this matter. Maybe it is not too late to take the Builder, Prolacon Mar of Granada as well as Cajamar to Court seeing quite a number years have passed since 2003/2004 when the property was being built. A Class Action of the other Owners involved would add additional evidence in this Court Case.

Hi Linda
Latest update to enquiry. I know this post was in 2010 but worth following up all the same.

.....there are a lot of unresolved issues regarding the development in terms of the urbanisation.
Hi Almeriasol, thanks for the post. Can you, or anyone else, please expand on what these unresolved issues were. Are you saying that the development may not have been legal after all?
If any buyers have not been in touch with Judicare in the UK then please do so asap.

Hi Nigel
Thanks for the link. We are in a bit of a quandary as apparently
there have been two SC judicial reviews last year in favour of the banks which is worrying as we have been offered an out of court settlement from one of the banks (we were in court on 29.03.19) a week after. Our gut instinct is to reject and wait for the judges verdict, but this curve ball of the SC is making a decision difficult when we are not sure what the
implicstions of the reviews have on our case. We are neither investors, nor have bought a flipped property and in good faith purchased a BG which we never received
decisions, decisions
