El Rincon original plans

Hi all,

I wondered if anyone had the original site plan of El Rincon that had been signed and stamped with your contract?

we bought out apartment off plan over 16years ago - we were one of the first the buy on the estate.

this year it turns out we have a parking dispute and the plans have changed since we bought it for which we were never informed.

if anyone has bought second hand we would also be grateful to see your site plan to see if it has changed.

we have a ground floor property with disabled access but if someone parks in our space we loose access to our front door/utility.

can anyone also recommend a solicitor that could help?

What does it say in your property Escutura/Deed's...if you own the parking place it will be on your title deeds...if it doesn't then you have no right to that parking place.

Our escruita says the same as what our stamped and dated map of the complex says.  However the number on the parking space is wrong and the builders knew that when we moved in and said they would change it. As we do not live out there we have not been able to keep chasing and never had an issue before.

foes the signed and dated stamped map of the complex hold no weight in this matter?  
we just wanted to know If anyone else had the same issue or were able to see when/if the Site plans had been changed without us knowing.
