Hello everyone,
I'm looking for the apartment in Spain and I found CDA very nice properties. I plan to come for hilidays only few times a year and would like to have it for a short term rent as well. And here is the question: is it easy to rent? Are there many people coming in spring/winter and looking for an apartment to rent especially considering the distance frombthe sea (which fo me personally is not a problem). I appreciate your advice.
